She adjusted the fall of her gown, patted her hair in place and, purse and wrap in one hand, opened the door.

"Bobby? Bobby Magee?"

His grin was swift and devastating. "Hello, Mrs. Robinson. Nice to see you."

For a few moments, Destiny couldn't equate the gorgeous young man standing in front of her with the Bobby Magee who had been her son's best friend in high school and college. That boy had been too tall, too thin and sported more freckles than imaginable with a mop of red-gold hair always in need of combing.

This boy…er…man was nothing like that.

He was still tall. From the way she had to tilt her head backward to look in his eyes, even wearing the extravagant five-inch heels she'd bought just for this night, she'd bet he was six-two-and-a-half. Just like the boy she remembered.
